This picture was inspired from a scene in a 1937 Disney short by the same name. Set in a pasture, over a shallow pond, this old windmill brings shelter for the wildlife which inhabit the abandoned structure. Set at dusk, fireflies begin to dance, unaware of the trouble looming beyond the horizon. This painting was created using a combination of pen, colored pencils, and watercolor. The picture comes framed and matted in black which really focuses the eye and enhances the color. These prints are limited to 10, and once gone, they are gone for good.
